Shipping Policy
Shipping days are Friday's, depending on the date of your order your package may be delayed.​

Orders of large quantities and custom orders may take up to 7-14 business days after payment is received. The cost of shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer. All items will be shipped to the address that you provide at the time of payment.

Mailing time varies by country and state, Sha.karah Jewelry Co. is not responsible for delays by the postal service once your package leaves the shop.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to countries that accept PayPal, buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees.
Sha.karah Jewelry Co. is not responsible for your package once it leaves the shop.
Return & Exchange Policy
​Your satisfaction is my goal, and I will do what we can to provide a positive experience. If you receive your order in a broken or unusable condition, please notify me immediately and I will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
If you are unhappy and unsatisfied with your order, please notify me immediately and I will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
A refund or exchange will be issued once the item has been returned in its original, undamaged condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
If your package was received damaged, I will be happy to work with you to find a solution, which will include the damaged item being returned. If a solution cannot be reached, a refund will be issued once the item has been returned.
Please note that custom work is non-refundable.
